2. Click the order link to display the secure online order form by RegSoft.com
3. Fill in your order form with payment details together with requested map's county and state
4. Once we verified your order, we will forward the map to your email address within 48 hours

The specifications below describe the maps you would receive. Please download a sample available in this page to confirm the specification. If you have any questions, please send us email sales@zipcodeworld.com.

• Map image will include ZIP Code boundaries, county boundaries, and highways.

• All ZIP Code areas will be outlined in black and labeled in black with the 5-digit ZIP code. The USPS changes ZIP code areas frequently: our data is updated monthly. Minor discrepancies may occur.
  ... ZIP Codes will be shaded in one of 5 colors, for easier differentiation
  ... ZIP codes will also be labeled with the city name
  ... Box-level ZIP Codes will not appear
  ... Some labels may overlap
  ... Insets for high density areas will be provided as appropriate
  

• County areas will be outlined in blue and labeled in grey.

• Highways will be colored red or black and labeled with appropriate shields. In cases where a highway changes into a non-highway classified road, the highway may appear to "end".

• The map legend will include symbols, colors, and labels for all map elements. We reserves the right to modify colors as appropriate to achieve the best cartographic representation. Custom coloring, labeling, and feature display are available for additional charges.

• LOGO: Each map will include our provider, Maponics, logo information and any applicable copyright notices. Any duplication, digital or paper, in whole or in part must retain this information.

• SIZE: Each state's image size will be between 11x17 and 48x72 inches. CA, TX, and NY require 2 maps each to retain labeling clarity.

• STATES MAP: Provided via FTP or e-mail (if file size is small enough) in PDF format with an image size of at least 2'x3' up to 6'x6'. CA, TX, and NY come in two separate maps. Exact size will depend on the state being mapped. These maps are intended for digital use but may be printed for wall maps.

• COUNTIES MAP: Provided via e-mail in PDF format with an image size of between 8.5x11 and 2'x2' typically. A few counties in the US require larger maps. Exact size will depend on the county being mapped.

• DELIVERY: The recipient mailbox MUST be able to accept attachments up to 2MB. We will not be responsible for meeting delivery timelines when e-mail fails because of customer limitations or incorrect e-mail addresses. Any failed e-mail will be held and the customer contacted for resolution.

• REFUND POLICY: Client recognizes that each map is a custom product and as such is not returnable. If any of the Client's customers are not satisfied with any of the maps and it can be shown that the map did not functionally conform to the above specifications, we will redo them based on the client's feedback at no additional charge, to conform with the specifications in this agreement. Custom colors and customer-requested deviations from the specifications are not covered under this policy.
